这一周来大多数时间都花在了检查问题上，设置改来改去，一直没有解决。今天正准备最后怀疑网卡驱动问题，想找下网卡的驱动，没想到输入这块网卡型号，搜出来也有不少人碰到类似问题，原来是dell R610这批Broadcom的firmware有问题，需要刷新firmware，网上提供了解决方法：

方法一: 用Broadcom的诊断程序

1.到Broadcom网站下载诊断程序并刻录成光盘：
http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/driver-sla.php?driver=NX2-diag
2.用这张光盘引导
3.选择1（FreeDOS Setup），English，Run FreeDOS from CDROM
4.执行下面的命令：
cd nx2
uxdiag -c 1 -mfw 0
uxdiag -c 2 -mfw 0

方法二：升级网卡firmware
